Your harbour is probably already on Mervare.

Mervare maps harbours from national port registers and OpenStreetMap, and adds what visitors need — each fact with its source. See your harbour as visitors see it.

  1. Find it. Search by name, or browse the map.
  2. See what visitors see. Services, contacts and the harbours around you.
  3. Claim it. Choose “Manage this harbour on Mervare” on your harbour's page. We check that you represent the harbour before anything is handed over.

What Mervare does for your harbour.

Fewer calls, emails and bank transfers to chase. You decide which berths are guest berths; your resident berths stay as they are.

  • Visitors find the answers before they call.

Available todayYour harbour page, claimed by you

Every harbour Mervare lists has a public page. Choose “Manage this harbour on Mervare” on yours; we check that you represent the harbour before anything is handed over.
  • Berth requests arrive in writing, not by phone.

    Available todayBerth requests

Visiting skippers ask for a free berth on your berth map. You accept or decline — it is a request, not an instant confirmation.
  • Guest berths booked for the right dates.

    Available todayOnline booking

Mark guest docks as bookable and visitors book a guest berth for their dates in the app.
  • Paid before they tie up — into your own account.

Available todayOnline payment to your own account

Connect your own Stripe account and guests pay when they book. Stripe pays the money out to you; Mervare keeps only the booking fee below.
  • Late arrivals check in and pay on their own.

    Available todayQR check-in

One QR sticker for your harbour. A visiting guest scans it, picks their berth, checks in and pays; a guest with a booking checks in by email. Arrivals and payments show on your bookings as they happen.

Give visitors a reason to stay another night.

A harbour is where a visit starts, not where it ends. Mervare connects your harbour with the coast around it, so one night can become two.

Mervare 2027 Pilot Harbours

Join a small group of harbours testing a simpler guest journey for the 2027 season.

€0 platform fee during the pilot

No subscription and no Mervare booking fee in your pilot season.

  • No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime.
  • You choose how many guest berths Mervare manages. Resident berths stay as they are.
  • Keep your existing systems. Mervare adds the guest journey; it does not replace how you run the harbour.
  • We set it up with you — your harbour page, guest berths and QR check-in, before the season.
  1. Tell us your harbour — two minutes.
  2. A short call with Andres, the founder.
  3. Your guest journey is ready before the season.

Card payments go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe's own card fees apply. Any price after the pilot season is agreed with you before it applies.

What it costs.

In the 2027 pilot: €0 platform fee during the pilot. You can test Mervare without signing up to a subscription.

After your pilot season

You choose one of two plans, billed per season, and nothing is charged until the terms are agreed with you. Seasonal subscription: from €15.00 per guest berth a month, only for the months you are open and only for the guest berths you open for QR check-in — never your resident berths — and no Mervare booking fee. A 30-berth harbour open five months pays €1125.00 a season, excluding VAT. Booking fee only: no subscription; Mervare earns 5% + €0.50 per booking when a guest pays.

Estimate your price after the pilot

Your first season is free on either plan — no subscription and no Mervare booking fee in your first season. Cancel anytime.

Seasonal subscription

€750.00 per season, excl. VAT

€150.00 a month × 5 months — never for the months you are closed.

Package: 10 berths
€150.00/mo

No Mervare booking fee.

Booking fee only

5% + €0.50 per booking

No subscription. Mervare earns only when a guest pays, kept through Stripe Connect.

Nothing to pay in a quiet season.

The seasonal subscription is covered by 6 guest nights a month that would otherwise go unpaid — for example a boat that arrives after hours and leaves before anyone is there.

  • Physical QR stickers, delivery and optional on-site setup are not included and have no published price yet — ask us to confirm a cost for your harbour.
  • This is a quote preview: no payment is collected and no subscription is created here.

Questions harbour masters ask.

What does the pilot cost?

Nothing in your 2027 pilot season, on either plan: no subscription and no Mervare booking fee. You can cancel anytime. Card payments still carry Stripe's own card fees.

Do I have to replace how we run the harbour?

No. You choose which berths are guest berths and Mervare handles the visiting boats on those. Resident berths, your accounts and your own website stay as they are.

What exactly do I pay for after that?

It depends on the plan you choose. The seasonal subscription counts only the guest berths you open for QR check-in, not your resident berths, and only the months you are open. The booking-fee plan has no subscription at all. The harbour page, claiming it and berth requests are free on both. Before anything is charged, we agree the terms with you.

Is there a fee on each booking?

Only on the booking-fee plan: 5% + €0.50 per booking, kept through Stripe Connect. On the seasonal subscription Mervare takes no booking fee. Either way the rest of the guest's payment goes to your own Stripe account.

Do I need any equipment?

Not for booking and QR check-in: a printed QR sticker and your guests' own phones are enough. Live boat telemetry and shore power need equipment on site.

What does a visiting guest need?

A phone with a camera and mobile data. No app and no account: they scan the sticker, pick their berth, check in and pay. A guest with a booking checks in with their email.

Which languages does the guest see?

The check-in page is in English and Estonian today.

Can I sign up myself?

Estonian harbours can register themselves. Harbours in other countries cannot yet — join the pilot and we set your harbour up with you.

Are the harbours on the Mervare map customers?

No. Most harbours listed on Mervare can be read about, not booked, and each harbour page says which it is. Demonstration harbours are labelled as demos — their berths and availability are seeded to show the product, and they are not customers. Hara is one.

Two ways to start.

In Estonia?

Mervare started in Estonia. Every harbour in the Estonian port register, with sailing directions and passage-planning tools, is on mervare.ee (Estonia), and Estonian harbours can register themselves.

Harbours in Estonia: €0 — Estonian pilot. Any later price is agreed with you before it applies.

Sailing in?

Find harbours on your route. Booking online works only where a harbour has turned it on.

Mervare brings harbour data, guest management, bookings, payments and communication into one platform. It reduces the manual work of running a small harbour for the teams who do it, and gives the sailors who visit one digital place for their journey — from finding a harbour to paying for the berth.
